Item View
Adding Figma Embedded to your Item View
Install the Figma Embedded app
Navigate to one of your monday.com boards or add a new board
Click on one of the items on your board
Click Add view
Click on Explore more view
Search and select the Figma Embedded app
Navigate to Figma.com or the Figma App
Select the Figma file/frame you would like to embed
There are three ways of copying the link to the Figma file/frame:
Click the Share button in top right corner and click Copy link
Click on the right mouse button, navigate to Copy/Paste as, select Copy link
Copy the URL directly from your browser
Navigate back to your item view in monday.com
Paste the copied link in the Embed new link field & click on Embed
The Figma file/embed should be visible on your Item View now
The Figma Embedded app allows you to add multiple embeds in one item view!
Additional functionality
The Figma Embedded app provides users with additional functionality in the form of the following buttons:
- Pin Embed
Allows users to pin an embed to the top of the item view
- Edit Name
Allows users to edit the name of the embed (not the Figma file itself)
- Copy Link
Allows users to copy a link to the embedded Figma file
- Delete
Allows users to delete a specific embed from your item view
- Full Screen
Allows users to open the embed in full screen. Within this view users can switch between the different embedded Figma files.
